We are a movement of students striving to make the world a better place. To date we have helped bring clean water to over 250,000 people in 17 countries around the world, and have actively addressed the refugee crisis in Europe and the Middle East.

The Water Crisis

Breaking the poverty cycle

The Refugee Crisis

Helping those without a home

Team Refugee has numerous passionate students looking to bring critical aid to warn torn regions around the world, as well as engage in community development work with those without a home.

Leadership Training

Empowering the next generation

Our free online course teaches students of all ages how to grow as a leader, build a team, and start a movement of their own. Created by our Founder, Spencer, this course is truly life-changing!

Our Founding Story

Spencer Dusebout started Hands 4 Others in high school with a group of friends. What started as an idea on the back of a napkin, has turned into an internationally recognized organization that has worked in 20 countries around the world, and empowered thousands of student leaders in the USA.
